Return policy & instructions

We get it! Sometimes it just doesn’t work out! We do accept returns, issuing store credit in place of refunds. Please see the bullet points below for our entire return policy.

  • Returns are for online store credit only! Your store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.
  • FREE returns in our store front! However, please note the following:
      • You will be issued store credit for either the online store OR store front, whichever you prefer.
      • Creekside Boutique Online and Creekside's Store-Front are two separate businesses.
      • E-gift cards are not redeemable in-store, and store credit/gift certificates issued in-store are not redeemable online.
  • Orders are eligible for return if they are shipped back & received by Creekside Boutique & Gifts within 14 days of your purchase date, with original tags attached
  • Items MUST be unwashed and unworn. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, your return WILL NOT be accepted and it will be returned to you at your expense.
  • NO RETURNS ON: jewelry, bralettes, bras, leggings, beanies, and accessories.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise, and prior to wearing the item.
  • Creekside Boutique & Gifts is not responsible for lost packages or tampered packages.

 

  • Seasonal Purchases: Orders placed on and after 11/25/2021 must be returned by 1/9/2022 for store credit.

Shipping back your order

We do not provide free return shipping for any purchases. The return shipping will be at your cost. We ask that you utilize the mailer bag or box that was sent to you.

  • Please fill out the “Return” slip that was sent with your order, and mail it back with your return items.
  • Take your return to your local post office and ship to

  • All returns will be processed within 1-5 business days after receipt. You will receive an email confirmation with your store credit (gift card) once we have processed it.

Creekside Boutique & Gifts is not responsible for:

  • Delays with UPS, USPS, or any other carrier.
  • Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. (The carrier will be responsible once we ship the packages).
  • Products marked “delivered” by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.

Shipping

Notice: Currently, both UPS and USPS estimate that it may require more time for packages to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.

Orders are packaged 5 days a week. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day in the order received. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of the order date. Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. Your shipping confirmation email will include the tracking number for your order.

Local Pickup

Select “Local Pickup” at checkout. Then, be on a lookout for an email telling you that your order is ready for pickup!
